Notice from Tokyo Cozy Guest House

Utilities: If the monthly utilities bill exceed over 4,000 JPY per person, you have to pay for the utilities.

If you share the private room with your partner, 15,000 JPY per extra person added (totally up to 3 people) . (Example: 2 people shared, total amount 78,800 JPY/Month at Private 1F.)

* Share 2P means you share the room with other person (not with your partner, friend, etc).

* Share 4P means "4 people share the room on the 1st floor".

* CC deposit---Credit card number is needed for a deposit. (After you leave if there is trouble with the facilities or you forget the key back to us, we charge it to your credit card)

* Student rate (10% off) will be applied to under 18 years old students who have a valid ID.

* Less than a week stay, we charge extra 2,000 JPY to the total amount of the rate.

* Extra 3,000JPY for Japanese nationality (for over 1 month stay only) .

Cancellation

Long term confirmation--after you arrive at our house
The daily life deposit 30,000yen is NOT refundable. There is NO charge to the total amount of your stay (except daily life deposit) if you notify us of cancellations 1 motnh in advance.


Short term confirmaion--before you arrive at our house
The reservation deposit 30000yen is NOT refundable. There is NO charge to the total amount of your stay (except reservation deposit) if you notify us of cancellations 10 days in advance.

Cancellations less than 9 days but more than 7 days are subject to a charge of 50% to the reserved amount of payment

less than 6 days but more than 4 days are subject to a charge of 75% to the reserved amount of payment

less than 3 days but more than 2 days are subject to a charge of 85% to the reserved amount of payment

less than 2 days but more than 1 day are subject to a charge of 90% to the reserved amount of payment

your arrival date or departure date is subject to a chage of 100% to the reserved amount of payment
